Origami pochette without shoulder strap

First design of the new VANELE sport collection called Origami inspired by the folding of paper without using scissors or glue to obtain figures of varied shapes.

The Origami pochette without shoulder strap is the result of the fusion of the Japanese art of “origami” and thus we have designed a sports bag, which changes its shape and dimension.

The objective was to make a diaphanous bag, which has varied positions across a plane. Geometry is a crucial aspect, which has led us to transform the bag into tea leaves. We needed to be incisors and we thought of the tea grounds to be inspired by the final color.

The orange color in turn forms a reflection of our perceptions and emotions, that is why we decided to use it in the details of the new Origami bag. Likewise, orange has been associated with lust and sensuality.
