RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

 

VANELE accepts returns on any products within 48 hours of delivery to the address indicated by the customer.

Customer service must be notified of any returns directly at customerservice@vanele.net

Any goods returned must be received in exactly the same conditions as they were shipped and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges are subject to availability and production periods.

1. – RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be returned in the same conditions as it was shipped.

The product must be packaged and protected with tissue paper and foam.

The product must be put inside the dust bag and corporate box.

Someone from the VANELE team will contact the customer within 24 hours to provide details for pickup and shipping (documents, courier information or additional export documents).

The product must be returned with the original receipt.

2. – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Any goods sold directly through VANELE come with a 2-year warranty, covering any damage caused by quality defect or malfunction.

Inappropriate, unreasonable, or negligent use or abuse by the consumer shall void this warranty.

If the customer requests a return (reimbursement or exchange) the following requirements must be met:

PROCESS

1.- In case of a damaged or broken piece, the customer must contact VANELE by email within 24 hours of product delivery.

2.- The customer must attach a photo of the damaged/broken piece.

3.- After the return has been approved by the VANELE team, the customer will confirm delivery details with their full name, pickup address, phone number and availability.

4.- The return conditions for the product described in the previous section also apply.
