PLACING AN ORDER

First of all, we would like to welcome you to VANELE, our online platform where our universe comes to life.

All transactions carried out through VANELE.es are done with a secure, trustworthy payment process, thanks to the PAYPAL platform, which encrypts personal and card data.

Select the product(s) you would like to purchase and click on “add to cart”. After you register (full name, address, email and phone number), select your delivery method (Standard/Express).

TO PLACE AN ORDER, CUSTOMERS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Be 18 or older.

Provide a contact email address.

Provide a valid phone number.

Provide a valid delivery address. No P.O Box is allowed.

Provide a valid bankcard, PayPal account or bank account number.

Once the payment is complete, you will receive an email confirming the purchase.

Soon after, you will receive an email from the Vanele team with your tracking number so you can follow the status of your order at all times.

Please note: due to different colour settings on terminals, the colours in the product pictures may vary slightly from the real product. VANELE shall not be responsible for any difference in colour between the final product and pictures online.

IN STOCK / SOLD OUT ITEMS

If the item you are interested in is “SOLD OUT” and you would like to pre-order, please send us an email to hello@vanele.net for more information.

If the item is no longer marked “SOLD OUT”, it is in stock and available for purchase.

VANELE reserves the right to confirm availability of the item purchased within 48 hours of final payment. Customers will be notified by email if the transaction is not valid for any reason (availability or payment issues).

ORDER STATUS

After you have placed your order and payment has been approved, the information will be updated so that users can track the status of their order if they wish.

TAX POLICY

Value added tax is not included for customers who do not reside in the European Union, and no tax-exemption form or reimbursement process need be sent to official offices for tax-free reimbursement.

For residents of countries in the European Union, the standard Spanish VAT rate (21%) applies to any purchase.
